Rückspülgitter für Filterbälle aus Polyethylen

Bei großen Ablauföffnungen (ab einen Rohr Ø von ca. 40 mm), oder falls der Abstand vom Filtergehäusedeckel zum Ablauftrichter zu groß ist, empfehlen wir die Montage unseres Rückspülgitters.

Anwendung Rückspülgitter für Filterbälle:

Das Gitter wird in die Trichteröffnung des Filterbehälters eingesetzt oder auf das Steigrohr aufgesteckt. In der Regel reicht der Druck der Kesselabdeckung auf das Gitter aus, um es zu stabilisieren. Bei Bedarf kann das Rückspülgitter mit einem Kabelbinder fixiert werden. Das Gitter lässt sich bei Rohröffnungen mit 80 mm Ø im unteren Bereich zusammendrücken. Gegebenenfalls müssen Sie einzelne Laschen bis zum Knick abzwicken.

Achtung! Für das Einpassen des Entlüftungsrohrs muss entsprechend ein ganzes Segment entfernt werden.
